- Find a domain name. Baptist Webworks offers domain registration
for only $14.95/year. If you already have one, just select the
'Don't Register Me' option on the signup form.
- Chose your hosting package. We have hosting packages starting
from $12.95. This makes it possible for anyone to afford having
a web site on the Internet. Please feel free to contact our customer
support staff if you need a hand deciding which package is best
for your needs.
- Sign up. Once you have decided on a hosting package, simply
click on the "sign-up" or "order now" icon
from anywhere on the site; here you will be able to: chose your
domain name, chose your hosting package, and enter your personal
& billing information.
- Payment. Baptist Webworks accepts payments in check/money orders
or credit card. If you decide you want to pay by check or money
order, please send us your payment within 7 days of receiving
your invoice.
- Satisfaction Guaranteed. Within 30 days of signup, if you are
not happy with the services ET Web Hosting is providing you, please
send an email to customer support and we will refund your money.

How do I transfer my domain to my new Baptist
Webworks account?
To transfer your domain name to your new Baptist Webworks hosting
account, you need to modify the Domain Name Server information.
This can be done by the registrar where your domain was registered.
Visit the registrar's web site and just follow the directions
provided there. If you do not know how to do this, send us an
email and we will assist you in the process of transferring your
domain name.
How long does it take to transfer my domain
name?
Once you submit all necessary changes to your domain name registrar,
the changes will take effect within the next 24 - 72 hours.
How soon will my account
be set up and ready to use?
Your account will be setup very quickly once your payment has
been cleared. You will receive an email with your account information,
IP address, user name and password. You can then start uploading
your site.

Is there a minimum
time contract/commitment?
No. You pay monthly and you can also cancel at any time. See

Will I have 24-hour
access to my web site via FTP/SSH/EMAIL?
Yes. You have full, unrestricted access via FTP and/or SSH (encrypted
telnet) and to your POP e-mail account(s) 24 hours a day, anywhere
around the world.
The reason regular Telnet is banned is strictly for security
reasons.

Can I get unlimited
bandwidth?
No. We do not offer packages with unlimited bandwidth because
there is no such thing. Anyone that promises unlimited bandwidth
is simply lying. Somewhere in their terms and conditions are probably
some words referring to "excessive use of resources",
and in effect these place a limit on your bandwidth. Baptist Webworks
sets clear limits on bandwidth to both protect you and to provide
you with a more reliable service.

Upgrading To A More
"Feature Rich" Hosting Plan
If you realize that you need more resources or additional features
than your current plan offers, just send a note to our support
staff. Let us know about the feature(s) in which you are interested
and we will offer you a selection of accounts to which you can
upgrade.
There are no upgrade or setup fees when moving to a new plan.
