All of our hosting packages come with an unconditional 30 day money back guarantee. You may cancel your account for any reason within 30 days of activation and receive a full refund.

Our refund policy does not apply to Filtered Internet Access or any additional services including but not limited to domain name registration, domain name pointing, additional e-mail accounts, additional disk space, or additional data transfer. No refunds will be available after 30 days. All cancellation requests must be received by email. Baptist Webworks will send you confirmation once we receive your cancellation request. Cancellations made over the phone will not be accepted.

Accounts that are cancelled and or deactivated by Baptist Webworks for violation of our terms of service do not qualify for our 30 day money back guarantee and will not receive any refunds.
